Indoor flooring

Concrete Terrazzo finish

Terrazzo flooring is composed of composite material. It contains any variety of mixture of aggregate chips like stone or marble and either epoxy resin or concrete. It can be used both indoors and outdoors and can be poured as concrete or laid in tiles

The advantage of this flooring type is faster application. Using an epoxy matrix to bind aggregates allows for an incredibly thin-set system that creates a smooth and luxurious floor finish. This system can cure overnight and be ready to polish the next day, permitting a faster project turnaround. This speed of application is ideal for busy commercial, house, industrial buildings.

Color flakes epoxy floor

Known in the industry as decorative vinyl color flakes, they are actually polymer paint aggregates made up of a combination of acrylic and vinyl resins. This combination creates a thin flake that is 4 – 5 mils in thickness. They are U.V. stable and are available in over 150 custom colors Epoxy Color Flake is an ideal flooring product for use on concrete floors, interior and exterior, and areas like basements, workshops, and garages

Concrete Cut and polish floor

Polishing New concrete floor

For new floors, no special mix design is required to achieve good results. However, the floor should be in place at least 28 days before polishing begins to ensure adequate curing. Some retail and warehouse facilities that plan to polish their floors after placement may specify the installation of as smooth a floor as possible to minimize the polishing steps required.

Polishing Existing floors

For existing floors, polishing enhances their appearance by grinding the concrete down to a smooth, high-gloss finish. Minor cracking and imperfections add to the character of the finished floor. Typically some surface preparation is required prior to polishing to remove dirt, grease, coatings, or blemishes. However, floors that are wavy, need extensive patching, or are extremely porous may not be good candidates for polishing. An experienced contractor can usually determine a floor's suitability.

Self-Leveling industrial epoxy flooring

Floors in factories, workshops, warehouses, garages, abattoirs, hospitals etc. are constantly exposed to heavy mechanical wear (e.g. friction, impact etc.) and chemical damage from thinned, inorganic and organic acids, alkalis, petroleum products, wastes, oils, etc.

Therefore, the final surface on such floors needs to have considerable mechanical andchemical strength as well as being easy to clean

Industrial floors made from concrete, even those made with surface hardener and mechanical grinding, but especially those from ordinary concrete or terrazzo, do not usually meet the above requirements (e.g. they do not resist chemical effects from acids, get dusty etc).

Solution

The application of self-leveling epoxy floorings, on concrete floors, successfully meets requirements for high mechanical and chemical strength, and provides a good aesthetic finish.

Colored, self-leveling, 2-component solvent-free epoxy systems, which can be applied at a thickness of 2-3 mm. Once they have hardened, they form an easily cleaned final surface that displays great durability and strength against friction (abrasive resistance) as well as resistance to chemical effects, e.g. to diluted organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, petroleum products, wastes, water, sea water etc

Industrial Epoxy coat flooring

Floor coating systems for industrial facilities have the toughest job in the building. They have to withstand constant traffic and mechanical wear along with abuse from things like corrosive liquid, high temperature and heavy impact, to name a few. If the floor can’t handle the stress, everything else is in jeopardy

Cementitious Self-leveling floor or micro topping

Do you have concrete floors in your home or place of work? Perhaps you’ve noticed that, despite how good they look, your concrete floors actually uneven and you need a solution! If your concrete floors aren’t completely flat, don’t panic, there is a solution and it’s called floor levelling. A self-levelling screeding compound contain latex because they are laid in a very thin layer, helping give concrete floors the flexibility they need to move without cracking. Once self-levelling compounds are mixed and poured, they will flatten across the uneven floor and use gravity to self-level. The advantages of concrete floor levelling are many, including a reduction in damaged floors and repair costs. Typical uses are in warehouses, factories, manufacturing facilities, hospitals, and commercial buildings, residential and domestic properties

Interior and Exterior wall painting

Water-based paints are the most preferred paints for home use. These types of paints are made of water, binder, filler, pigment, and additives. The types and ratio of these substances vary according to the properties of the paint.

Paints are divided into usage areas such as industrial type, marine type, wood paint, metal paint. For domestic paint, two types of paint come to mind: interior paint and exterior paint. Users mainly try to choose the paint that will give the best performance and aesthetic appearance among brands, colors and varieties. Therefore, they seek answers to questions such as which interior paint is the best and which exterior is the best.

While interior paints used to be solvent-based in the past, water-based products have been used today. Because the solvent emits many gases harmful to human health during and after application. In water-based paints, since the carrier phase is water, the water inside evaporates while the paint dries, so it does not cause any harmful effect on human health.

Exterior paints can also be water-based. Besides, acrylic-based, silicone and grained paints could be among the options as well. Silicone paints have the effect of repelling dirt and thus they hold less dirt than acrylic paints. Grainy paints create a textured image due to the ingredients. Here, as in the interior, selection can be made in line with the aesthetic appearance desired by the user. Textured, grained or mosaic stone paints can also be used in exterior applications. These paints contain ingredients that create a texture effect. Applications are mostly made with equipment such as a trowel
